Shipping Method: I ship by USPS First Class with tracking. Insurance is NOT included.
DOMESTIC: Typically 2-5 business days (allow more time near holidays)
IMPORTANT! Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Customer is responsible if wrong address is given.
I am not not responsible for orders getting lost in the mail and will not give refunds for orders lost unless your order shipped insured.
Order Processing Time:
My current production time is 7-10 days before Shipping time. During peak season orders can take up to 10-15 days. Please place your order well in advance if possible.
Please note that we can not combine orders or shipping charges on separate orders in order to be efficient.
All ready-to-ship items (when available) ship approximately once per week unless you specify you need an item ASAP in an email to email@example.com. We will gladly ship out immediately when asked and available. All items are shipped first class USPS mail with tracking within the United States. Package insurance is not included and is available at an additional cost. If you are concerned about your shipment being misplaced, lost, or stolen at your shipping address, please request to purchase extra insurance as kgphotoprops is not responsible once packages leave our hands including neglect from the postal service.

Because of the nature of these items, I don't accept RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.
Please make sure you order the correct item/size/color before you complete your order. Otherwise, all sales are deemed final. If you are unsure of what size you should order, please reach out to me via email (email@example.com) and I can do my best to help you decide on a size. ALL CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the nature of my products, I don't issue refunds after an order has been properly fulfilled, shipped and delivered.
In the case the wrong item sent, I will bear the cost of return shipping. Item must be returned with its original packaging within 2 days of the original order delivery date using tracked shipping. Once I receive the original item in the same condition as sent (not used, washed, or smell), the correct product will go in the mail.
