Where are products made? 

All of my items are made by me in Adams Massachusetts and are made to order.

Shipping Internationally:

At the present time, I am only shipping to the US.

What Forms of Payment Do I Accept?

Most major credit/debit cards

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No.

Returns & exchanges: 

 I don't accept returns, or exchanges

Cancellation:

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. 

What if I don't receive my order?
                                                                                                                                 If for some reason your order does not make it please contact me, I will attempt to locate it for you. If your package tracking shows that the package has been delivered I cannot file an insurance claim or issue a refund.

                                                                                                                                  I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under my control.

** I am not not responsible for orders getting lost in the mail and will not give refunds for orders lost unless your order shipped insured. **

 Rush Order:

If you need a rush order please contact me to see if I am able to accommodate you. Rush Orders are available for a fee.

Care Instructions:

For most of my items, please hand wash in cold water, roll in a towel to remove excess of water and lay flat to dry.
