All of my items are made by me in Adams Massachusetts and are made to order.
At the present time, I am only shipping to the US.

Returns & exchanges:
Just contact me within: 24 hours of delivery of when your tracking number confirms delivery.
Please note, all returns/exchanges are decided on a case by case basis, and are not guaranteed to be approved.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom orders
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. An exchange or return will not occur if the product does not arrive in the condition I sent it in; so please package it well.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase of when your tracking number confirms delivery.
Shipping Refunds: I do not refund shipping UNLESS I have made a mistake.

I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the post office it is no longer under my control.
** I am not not responsible for orders getting lost in the mail and will not give refunds for orders lost unless your order shipped insured. **
For most of my items, please hand wash in cold water, roll in a towel to remove excess of water and lay flat to dry.
